Funds Series Descriptons

RBC Funds, Series A - No-load funds that are available through RBC branches and most investment dealers in Canada. Series A units have low investment minimums (typically $500 for registered accounts and $1,000 for non-registered accounts).
PH&N Funds, Series C - Series C units are available to investors who purchase units from authorized third-party dealers. Series C units may only be purchased, switched or redeemed through authorized thirdparty dealers. The funds pay us management fees with respect to Series C units. A portion of the management fee that is charged to the funds is paid by us to the dealer as a trailing commission.
RBC Funds, Advisor Series - Available through full-service investment dealers, Advisor Series units offer the choice of sales-commission (or load) being charged at the time of purchase or redemption (i.e. front-end load or back-end load).
PH&N Funds, Advisor Series - Advisor Series units are available to investors who purchase units from authorized third-party dealers. Advisor Series units may only be purchased, switched or redeemed through authorized third-party dealers. The funds pay us management fees with respect to Advisor Series units. A portion of the management fee that is charged to the funds is paid by us to the dealer as a trailing commission. When you invest in Advisor Series units you may choose the initial sales charge or low-load sales charge option. Your dealer may switch your Advisor Series units purchased under the low-load sales charge option into Advisor Series units under the initial sales charge option. However, we do not initiate any such switches.
RBC Funds, Series D – No-load funds that are available for do-it-yourself investors exclusively through RBC Direct Investing and PH&N Investment Services. Because self-directed investors choose to manage their own investments, the price of advice has been removed from the management fee for Series D units ? meaning the fee only includes the price of investment management and service. The minimum investment for any Series D fund is $10,000.
PH&N Funds, Series D – Series D units are available to investors and may be purchased, switched or redeemed through Phillips, Hager & North Investment Funds Ltd., or certain other authorized dealers (primarily discount brokers) and, in some cases, Phillips, Hager & North. The funds pay us management fees with respect to Series D units. There are no sales charges or commissions paid for Series D units when purchased directly through Phillips, Hager & North Investment Funds Ltd. A portion of the management fee that is charged to the funds may be paid by us to selected authorized dealers (including Phillips, Hager & North Investment Funds Ltd.) as an ongoing service fee known as a 'trailing commission'.
RBC Funds, Series F – Available through full-service dealers, Series F units are held in fee-based accounts where investors pay their dealer a fee directly for investment advice.
PH&N Funds, Series F – Series F units are available to investors who have fee-based accounts with their dealer. Instead of paying sales charges, investors who purchase Series F units pay ongoing fees to their dealer for investment advice and other services. Series F units may only be purchased, switched or redeemed through authorized dealers, and not directly through us. The funds pay us management fees with respect to Series F units.
Series I – Available through full-service dealers, Series I units are held in fee-based accounts where investors pay their dealer a fee directly for investment advice. Series I units have a higher investment minimum of $500,000 ($5,000,000 for RBC Premium Money Market Fund and US$5,000,000 for RBC Premium $U.S. Money Market Fund) and lower management fees than other series.
RBC Funds, Series T – Available through full and self-service dealers, Series T units are designed to meet the needs of investors wishing to draw regular tax-efficient income from their non-registered investments. Series T units aim to pay consistent distributions each month.
